I had a great value for my money at this hotel, even though the room was a bit unusual. The location was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The location, very near by the venue of the concert we were going to. Will ever remember this hotel because we shared breakfast with the guitar-player we came for to Munster in the first place, Steve Lukather...

There was promised to be Internet, no way, it was broken down!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The first thing that impressed us was the convenient location in a suburb area. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist us. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel even offered a pillow menu, allowing us to customize our sleeping experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It was close to the city centre. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food.

The restaurant seems a bit small to accomodate large groups. We wondered can it, for example, accomodate a conference group without inconveniencing other guests. It is still a very nice restaurant.

Easy parking spot, nice rooms, good breakfast

The breakfast was really good, and the girl working in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly. We also appreciated the effort of the housekeeping staff in cleaning our room. the hotel met the standard I would expect for a business hotel.

Clean rooms and well-maintained facilities, comfortable beds, easily accessible transportation to the city center, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the congress center and in the neighborhood, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast was also a great value for the price.

The rooms were warm as there was no airconditioning and when opening the windows the noise from the street was distruptive.

The hotel is conveniently located and near popular tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

The room was quite small and the pillows were not comfortable. The wifi was quite slow and inconsistent.

Optimal location for me: just opposite the street of my meeting room.

Two internet stations available but both out of order, wlan available only for extra money.

Roomw was big for a wheelchair user. Provided a good char for the shower cubical. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were good and understand english.

Restorant staff can't understand a single word of English ( for a city hotel and for it's location).
